New York Oboist, Educator, and Writer


Welcome to the website of oboist ToniMarie Marchioni. Here you will find information about her varied career as a performer, educator, and journalist. As a member of Decoda and an alumna of The Academy/Ensemble ACJW of Carnegie Hall, ToniMarie is inspired to continue work that engages new and continuing audiences of classical music in all types of traditional and unconventional settings. A native of Mechanicsburg, PA, she holds a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Harvard University and the Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts degrees from The Juilliard School. She was recently appointed Assistant Professor of Oboe at the University of Kentucky.
